Shipping FAQs

We endeavour to keep shipping costs to a minimum but with the nature of crystals and the weight, we do have a tiered system of shipping costs, of course supported by free shipping bands for domestic and international orders. These can be found below.

Worldwide Shipping:

We do provide worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs will vary for all shipping outside of the UK. You can expect to receive your delivery within 3-10 working days, dependant on last mile couriers within your country.

Shipping Timeframes:

We will ship your order within 2 working days of receiving a completed order on our website.

​

Domestic UK orders are shipped as 48 tracked as standard and should be expected to be received within 3-4 working days. This excludes weekends so orders placed on a Friday may not be received until the following Tuesday.

International order delivery times can vary depending on a number of factors but we are usually able to provide a 48 hour service as standard. If this isn't the case we will let you know during the dispatch process and provide you with an estimated delivery time.

All orders should be received within 2 weeks but can be affected by local postage services in your country.
