REFUND POLICY
Returns
Sale of crystals are final. If there are any issues with your delivery then please contact us at returns@crystalhq.co.uk and we can discuss available options.

There are certain goods that are exempt from returns such as digital products and gift cards. Any items that we are not able to offer a returns policy will have this clearly stated in the product page of the item.

Refunds (where applicable)
If approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. This may take 5-10 working days to appear.​

Late or Missing Refunds (where applicable)
If you haven't received an approved refund yet, first check you bank account or paypal account, whichever is applicable.

Following this please contact your bank or credit card company to ensure they see the refunded transaction on their system. If you have completed these steps but are still having problems then please contact us at support@crystalhq.co.uk and we will try and investigate this for you.

Shipping
To return your product, please first email us at returns@crystalhq.co.uk.

Unfortunately we do not offer a paid returns service and this will need to be arranged by you.

We do not refund the original order shipping costs. If a refund is approved the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
