Overview:

Crystal HQ offer an interest free payment plan option on any item or order over £100. The payment plan is interest free and does not fall under any financial governance framework or regulations such as the FCA.

 

The balance can be split over a maximum of 3 payments with the first payment being a deposit payable immediately and the remaining two payments being broken out over the following two months.

  

For very large orders a customised payment plan can be discussed. Just contact us at enquiries@crystalhq.co.uk.

 

Payments:

When a payment plan is started the first payment must be made as a deposit with the remaining payments made by the same day of each month that follows. Payments can be made more often throughout the month if preferred but the minimum payment for that month must be made based on the terms laid out above.

 

All payments against a payment plan are required to be made by Bank Transfer. Invoicing is managed outside of PayPal and as such, PayPal Merchant transactions are not accepted for partial payments of an invoice.

Item Retention:

We will commit to retaining the item sold under a payment plan for the payment period selected at checkout. However, should a payment be missed we retain the right to relist the product for sale without notice and holding no liability for any existing monies already paid.

Shipping:

Dispatch of all items purchased against a payment plan are fulfilled once the payment plan has been completed in full and all funds are cleared. Shipping will be provided using a 48hr tracked and signed service (business day).

We do not offer order dispatch of any items purchased against a payment plan unless the payment plan is completed in its entirety.

Orders made up of a mixture of paid and payment plans items will be broken down into shipments and fulfilled against the terms described above, where paid items will be dispatched using the shipping option used at checkout.

Refunds:

All sales made against a payment plan are final and refunds are not available for part payments made towards any payment plan being offered.

Please ensure that you are both able and willing to complete all transactions shown in a payment plan before committing to and completing an order where this payment method will be selected.
